1. Who we are
Safe4 provides a payment authorization service for AI agents, on this website and through the API at api.safe4.ai. For anything in this policy, contact support@safe4.ai.
2. What we collect on this website
If you use the contact form we receive what you submit: name, email address, phone number, and your message. The form is operated by our website platform, Framer, which also provides basic site analytics. We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies in your browser and sends Google aggregated usage information such as the pages you view, your approximate location, your device type and the site you arrived from. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not use this data for advertising.
3. What we collect through the API
An authorization request contains the content you send: the task description, the proposed purchase and its purpose, the amount and currency, the counterparty, permitted service categories, and optional task and agent identifiers. When a request is paid, we also receive the paying wallet address and the settlement identifier reported by Circle Gateway. Standard server logs record request metadata such as IP address and timing.
4. How we use it
To deliver decisions, write tamper-evident audit records, operate and secure the service, respond to inquiries, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Audit records
Every delivered decision is written to an append-only, hash-chained audit log. This is a core feature of the product: each entry includes the request content summary, the decision and reason code, the amount, and the payment reference, and each entry’s hash covers the entry before it, so later alteration is detectable.
6. Retention
Audit records are retained for as long as the log must remain verifiable. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle the conversation. Server logs rotate on an operational schedule.
7. Who we share with
Service providers that process data so the service can run: Framer (website and contact form), Railway (API hosting, United States), Circle (payment settlement through Gateway), Cloudflare (DNS and network), and Google (website analytics, and forms used for marketplace listing intake). Records written to public blockchains or held by Circle are governed by those systems and are outside our control once written.
8. Your choices
Email support@safe4.ai to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on, or through your browser’s cookie controls. One honest caveat: removing or rewriting individual audit entries would break the integrity of the audit chain, which is the point of the product — where the law permits, we may preserve such entries and restrict their use instead of deleting them.
9. Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. We never collect or store private keys, seed phrases, or payment credentials — API payments are authorized by a signature your wallet produces, and the key never reaches us.
10. Children
The services are not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
11. Changes
Updates to this policy are posted at this address with a new date above.
